About the Role
A day in the life includes inspecting, maintaining, and demonstrating the use of heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols. You will use grade stakes, lasers, and GPS technology, oversee crews, and make recommendations for promotions or terminations to the Trade Superintendent. This role enforces OSHA, MSHA, FRA, and DOT regulations for the site, subcontractor crews, and visitors. 100% travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and demonstrate the use of heavy equipment while practicing safety.
- Use grade stakes, lasers, and GPS technology.
- Oversee crews and recommend promotions or terminations to the Trade Superintendent.
- Enforce OSHA, MSHA, FRA, and DOT regulations for the site, subcontractor crews, and visitors.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle driving record (MVR).
- Ability to be located near the current job site (travel position).
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and coworkers through effective communication, clear expectations, and accountability.
Qualifications
- Renewable energy experience.
- Leadership experience.
- Budget management experience (provided by Trade Superintendent).

Pay
$32.77 - $46.31 per hour. Individual compensation will be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications, balanced against internal equity.
