Responsibilities

• Read and Interpret project plans and specifications to prepare bid estimates
• Calculate Project Costs and Prepare Estimates
• Deliver Estimate to prospective clients and negotiate contracts

• Very professional appearance and communication when dealing with clients
• Elevated Attention to detail is a must
• Understand project costs and know how to stay under budget
• Negotiate material purchases
• Be able to effectively communicate the Client's expectations to the crew foreman
