Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid packages for complete site construction and civil infrastructure projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost structures to support competitive bidding.
• Identify, qualify, and track bidding opportunities from initial review through contract award.
• Negotiate and review contracts while collaborating with project teams, field supervisors, and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, or a related field preferred; equivalent construction industry experience will be considered.
• Experience with HCSS HeavyBid and Bluebeam software.
• Working knowledge of civil construction practices and VDOT specifications.

Pay

$85,000 - $120,000 per year
