About the role
The role is a key technical role leading civil and structural design activities for a first of a kind deployment at a brownfield nuclear site.
Responsibilities
- Civil/structural design for major site facilities
- Foundation engineering for nuclear and balance of plant structures
- Seismic isolation systems and seismic design integration
- Geotechnical investigations and soil structure interaction considerations
- Building layout, load path development, and structural configuration
- Coordination with licensing, safety analysis, and multi-disciplinary design teams
- Oversight of engineering deliverables from partners and subcontractors
Qualifications
- Experience with nuclear, industrial, or heavy infrastructure projects
- Ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts for large capital projects
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced development environment
Skills
- Experience with seismic design
- Knowledge of geotechnical engineering
- Complex foundations expertise

Pay
Pay Range: $145,302.00 - $217,952.00
Annual Midpoint: $181,627.00
Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Schedule
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
