About the role
Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Project Manager to join their team in Wilmington, NC. This role is part of a growing team that specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Planning, scheduling, and managing multiple engineering projects and personnel across various sectors
- Leading business development activities, including maintaining and fostering new client relationships, preparing presentations, proposals/RFQs, etc.
- Focusing on municipal and land development projects in the Coastal Carolinas and broader Southeast regions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Experience in site/civil design, permitting, and execution of public and private land development projects
- Experience with business development and building strong client relationships
- Experience conducting community meetings and communication
- Previous supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
