CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER - LAND DEVELOPMENT

About the role

GCG is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager - Land Development to join our team in Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of land development experience, an Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license (or obtain within 3 months), and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from concept through completion
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and other engineers to ensure project success
• Oversee design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
• Prepare and present project reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and suppliers

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of land development experience
• AZ PE license (or obtain within 3 months)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
