CIVIL ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER - LAND DEVELOPMENT

About the role

The successful candidate will manage civil engineering projects related to land development in Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Civil Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in land development, an Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

  • Manage civil engineering projects related to land development
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare project documentation and reports
  • Oversee project budgets and schedules
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in land development
  • AZ PE license (or obtain within 3 months)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with project budgeting and scheduling
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
