About the role
Join the KPFF Lacey team as a motivated and skilled civil engineering Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience who demonstrates initiative and accountability to successfully coordinate and complete projects. As a key member of our team, you'll not only refine your existing expertise but also deliver unparalleled client service.
Responsibilities
- Management and/or design of projects
- Primary interface with clients on project coordination and design
- Supervise and direct design engineers and drafters
- Responsible to technical content and quality control
- Establish project fees and schedules
- Track project budget and timing to ensure fulfillment of contract commitments and profitability
- Provide construction administration support
- Communicate with design consultants, municipalities, contractors, and clients
- Attend site visits
Qualifications
- B.S. Degree or higher
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in Civil Engineering Project Management
- P.E. License in Washington State
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D knowledge
- Knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in Washington State
- Permitting experience with various municipalities
- Ability to manage multiple active projects concurrently
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills are essential

Additional Information
- Compensation: The base salary for this role is competitive, with a range of $100,000 - $140,000 determined by experience, education, and skills. KPFF also offers performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions. Additional details about the full compensation package will be provided during the interview process.
