This is the DESIGN and PLANNING of a data center site prior to or in conjunction with construction beginning—not a construction management role. Experience with Data Center/large industrial site selection, development, and master planning is valued. The role also coordinates multidiscipline with mechanical, structural, architectural, and electrical teams, so experience working on a site/facility with a multidisciplinary team is important.
When submitting candidates, please note their interest in a long term temporary position (not direct hire). If it's the right fit, this will likely be temp to perm after 6 months, but the end client wants to see consistency (learning the client standards on top of Jacobs).
