We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Also remove sections like "Work Environment? Not required but we can include if relevant? The instruction: Use headings for those specific section names. We can include other headings? Probably only those allowed. But we can include other sections if they have content? The instruction says: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for those sections. It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely we should stick to those. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to extract content for each. Let's parse the job description. Job Title: Civil Engineering Manager (not to be used as heading). Job Description paragraph: "This role offers an exceptional leadership opportunity..." That's about the role. So we can put that under

About the role

with

. Responsibilities: list bullet points after "Responsibilities". We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each. Requirements: The posting includes "Essential Skills" which seems like requirements. Also "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could treat as Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction: Use headings Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We have "Essential Skills" list (bullet-like sentences). That could go under Skills. Also "Additional Skills & Qualifications" could go under Qualifications (or Additional Skills). We also have "Work Environment" maybe not needed. There's "Job Type & Location" maybe not needed. There's "Pay And Benefits" -> we can split Pay and Benefits sections. There's "Workplace Type". There's "Application Deadline" maybe not needed (application instructions). We should drop application instructions. We also have "About Actalent" which is boilerplate about company; we should remove as per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The "About Actalent" is not exactly legal but maybe considered company description; but it's not part of the job posting's substantive content? It might be considered boilerplate. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Actalent" is not explicitly listed, but it's likely boilerplate. Safer to remove it. Also the equal opportunity employer statement etc. Remove. Thus we need to extract: - About the role: first paragraph after Job Description. - Responsibilities: list items. - Skills: maybe combine Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications? But we have separate headings Skills and Qualifications. We could put Essential Skills under Skills, and Additional Skills & Qualifications under Qualifications. - Requirements: maybe we could put "Essential Skills" as Requirements? But we already used Skills. Let's think: The posting has "Essential Skills" (which are like requirements) and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". Could map: Requirements: Essential Skills (the bullet list). Qualifications: Additional Skills & Qualifications (the bullet list). Skills: maybe we could also include a separate Skills section for technical proficiencies? But we already used Essential Skills as Requirements. However the instruction says we can use Skills heading. We could put technical proficiencies under Skills (like proficiency in Civil 3D, etc.) but those are already in Essential Skills. Might be redundant. Better to follow: Use Skills heading for the list of skills (like Essential Skills). Use Qualifications heading for Additional Skills & Qualifications. Use Requirements heading maybe for education/license/experience? But those are also in Essential Skills. Hmm. Let's examine Essential Skills list: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. - Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio. - 10+ years of land development engineering experience. - Demonstrated experience leading site development projects from concept through construction. - Strong knowledge of site grading and drainage design. - Strong knowledge of stormwater management and drainage systems. - Strong knowledge of utility infrastructure design, including water, sanitary, and related systems. - Strong understanding of permitting and entitlement processes for land development projects. - Experience performing due diligence and site feasibility evaluations. - Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships. - Demonstrated leadership and team development skills in an engineering environment. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to present to clients and stakeholders. - Proficiency in civil engineering design, including land development and grading. - Experience with Civil 3D or similar civil design software. - Ability to serve as the lead civil engineering professional for an office or region. These are a mix of education, license, experience, technical skills, soft skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications list: - Previous experience managing an office, department, or engineering team. - Existing relationships within the Columbus or Ohio development community. - Experience building and growing a local market or practice area. - Exp. in collaborating with general contractors and multidisciplinary teams. - Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans for a geographic market. - Business development experience, including networking, proposal development, and client presentations. - Interest in an entrepreneurial role with the autonomy to independently run a local operation while leveraging the resources of a larger organization. These are more about leadership, business development. Thus we could assign: - Requirements: Education, license, years experience (first three items). But the instruction says we should not invent or summarize away detail; we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we cannot split the Essential Skills list across sections arbitrarily; we need to keep all items. But we can still keep them under a heading like Requirements or Skills, as long as we keep all items. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications into one Skills section, and maybe not have Qualifications. But we need to follow the allowed headings; we can omit sections if no specific content. So we could have: - About the role - Responsibilities - Skills (combining Essential and Additional) - Benefits - Pay - Schedule (maybe not present; we have Workplace Type fully onsite, but schedule not specified. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting states it. It does not state schedule, so omit.) We also have Pay And Benefits section with details. So we can split Pay and Benefits. We also have Work Environment description; maybe we could include under About the role or a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could omit. We also have Job Type & Location (Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH). Could be included under About the role or maybe we could add a section like "Job Type & Location" but not allowed heading. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. We also have Application Deadline (Sep 25, 2026) - application instruction, should be removed. Thus final HTML:
