About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for project planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
  • Experience with green building certification programs (LEED, WELL, etc.).
  • Understanding of energy-efficient building technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
