We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: About You, Who are we? etc. But we need to use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content accordingly. We have: - About You: description of candidate traits. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About You" is about candidate traits, maybe fits "About the role"? But we can treat as "About the role" maybe not. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose headings that match content. We have sections: "About You" (traits), "Who are we?" (company description), "A Day In The Life" (responsibilities), "Necessary Qualifications" (requirements/qualifications), "What We Can Offer You" (benefits), plus other info like core values, etc. Also "MAKE YOUR MOVE" etc (company info). Also legal disclaimer etc to be removed. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. We need to decide which headings to use. Potential sections: - About the role: could combine "About You" and "Who are we?" maybe not. Better: "About the role" could contain description of role and company? But we have separate "A Day In The Life" for responsibilities. We could have:

About the role

with paragraph describing the role: "We are looking for a highly motivated College Civil Engineering Intern/Co-op ... to join our Charlotte, NC team. In this role you will work in close partnership with Project Managers to complete land development design, planning and permitting for Design/Build projects." That seems appropriate. Then

Responsibilities

with list from "A Day In The Life": bullet points. Then

Qualifications

(or Requirements) with list: Enrolled in Civil/Environmental/Construction Engineering degree program, Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred, Excellent verbal communication skills and strong work ethic. Maybe also "Skills" but not given separately; we could combine. Then

Benefits

with list from "What We Can Offer You": Competitive hourly rate (with overtime possible), Housing stipend (based on need), Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage when you Intern or Co-op with us for at least 3 months, Company sponsored lunches, happy hours and events, Stocked kitchen with coffee, soda, and snacks, Signing bonus if hired on full-time upon graduation. Also maybe "Pay" section: we have Competitive hourly rate (with overtime possible). Could be separate Pay section. But we already have that in Benefits. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Pay into Benefits or have separate Pay if we have explicit pay info. Since we have "Competitive hourly rate (with overtime possible)" that's pay info. Could make a Pay section with that line. But then Benefits would be other items. However we might avoid thin sections. Let's see: we have Pay info (competitive hourly rate) and other benefits. Could make two sections: Pay and Benefits. That's okay. Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. Skills: not explicitly listed; we have verbal communication skills, strong work ethic. Could be under Qualifications or Skills. We could make Skills section with those. But we already have Qualifications covering GPA, enrollment, communication, work ethic. Might be okay to combine. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal disclaimer, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information: need to include company description, core values, stats, etc. Where to put? Could be under "About the role" or a separate section like "About Scout & Co." but we only have allowed headings list; we could use "About the role" to include company description and values. Or we could add a section like "About the company" but not in list; better to stick to allowed headings. So we can put company description, core values, stats under "About the role" or maybe under a separate heading like "About Scout & Co." but that's not in the list; risk of being considered not allowed? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should stick to those. Thus we need to fit all substantive info into those sections. We can have: - About the role: includes description of role, company description, core values, stats, mission, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: enrollment, GPA, communication, work ethic. - Skills: maybe verbal communication, strong work ethic (but already in Qualifications). Could skip Skills. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: competitive hourly rate (with overtime possible). Could also include housing stipend? Actually housing stipend is benefit. So Pay just hourly rate. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we only create sections where we have content. Thus final HTML:

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Civil/Environmental/Construction Engineering degree program
  • Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic

Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills; strong work ethic.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate (with overtime possible)

Benefits

  • Housing stipend (based on need)
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage when you Intern or Co-op with us for at least 3 months
  • Company sponsored lunches, happy hours and events
  • Stocked kitchen with coffee, soda, and snacks
  • Signing bonus if hired on full-time upon graduation
We need to ensure we didn't repeat info: verbal communication and work ethic appear in Qualifications and Skills; that's duplication but maybe okay. Could remove Skills section to avoid duplication. Since we already have them in Qualifications, we could omit Skills. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to drop Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits. Check if any other info missing: "Anticipated start date for this opening is Summer 2027!" included in About the role paragraph. Also "We are dedicated to the well-being of our associates and are proud to be consistently recognized as a Best Place to Work." That's a benefit-like statement; could add to Benefits or About the role. Add to Benefits maybe as a bullet: "Recognized as a Best Place to Work". Let's add. Also "We are dedicated to the well-being of our associates" etc. Add. Also "Our first core value is to treat people fairly and do the right thing." Already in About the role. Also "We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer..." That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove as per instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we must remove that line. Indeed we included EEO lines; need to remove them. Also "We are committed to building and sustaining a culture that supports diversity and inclusion." That's not EEO boilerplate? It's about diversity; could be considered part of EEO but maybe okay to keep as it's substantive. However instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/... boilerplate. The line about equal opportunity employer is definitely boilerplate. The diversity statement might be considered part of that; safer to remove or keep? It's not explicitly boilerplate but could be considered part of EEO. I'd remove the EEO lines entirely, but keep the diversity and inclusion statement? It's about culture; could be kept as part of About the role. However the line "We are committed to building and sustaining a culture that supports diversity and inclusion." is not exactly EEO boilerplate; it's a value statement. I'd keep it. But we must remove "We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment." and also "From recruiting, training, and hiring practices to selecting our subcontractors, we understand that diversity of all those involved in the construction process enhances our ability to deliver the best solutions to our customers." That's also about diversity; maybe keep as it's substantive. However it's also part of EEO context. Safer to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So any EEO statements should be removed. The diversity statement could be considered EEO-related. I'd remove it to be safe. Thus About the role paragraph should not include those lines. Let's rewrite About the role to include company description, core values, stats, best place to work, etc,
