Work Location This is an onsite position based out of the following Core States Group offices: Kent, WA; Bellevue, WA; Puyallup, WA; Richland, WA; Roseville, CA; Scottsdale, AZ; Frisco, TX; Bentonville, AR; or Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site development and land planning projects
• Support grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design efforts
• Participate in site layout and permitting coordination
• Attend site visits and observe construction progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architecture, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering
• Gain exposure to client meetings and project coordination processes
• Learn how civil engineering supports commercial, industrial, and housing development projects from concept through construction

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a junior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Interested in land development, infrastructure, or site design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator and collaborative team player
• Eager to learn in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary AEC environment
