We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro paragraph: "At Core States Group, the work you do matters to the clients we serve, the communities we support, and the teams who rely on one another to deliver with excellence. Our Cause is powerful: to create a world where all environments improve everyday life. Why Professionals Choose Core States Group Here’s What You Can Expect As An Intern VALUES-DRIVEN CULTURE – A workplace rooted in Integrity, Service, Inclusion, Excellence, and Innovation. Our Core Values guide how we work, how we treat each other, and how we show up for our clients every day. PERKS – Intern Welcome Package with branded swag, team-building activities, networking opportunities, group sessions with industry leaders, wellness initiatives and volunteer activities and much more! RETIREMENT – A strong 401(k) match, with immediate vesting, to help you invest in your future and build your retirement savings with confidence." Thus we have sections: About the role (maybe intro), Benefits (perks, retirement), maybe Values-driven culture could be part of About the role or Benefits? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. - About the role: could include the intro about mission, cause, values-driven culture. Also maybe overview of company. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You’ll Do As a Civil Engineering Intern focused on Land Development, you’ll work alongside experienced civil engineers and project teams on active development projects. Throughout this 11-week internship program, you will:" then list items. - Requirements: maybe "Qualifications" section includes qualifications list. But we also have separate "Qualifications" heading. The posting has "Qualifications" heading with bullet list of qualifications. Also there is "Software & Technical Skills You’ll Learn" which could be Skills section. - Benefits: we have PERKS and RETIREMENT. Also maybe mention "Intern Welcome Package..." etc. Also maybe mention "Work Location" but that's not a standard heading; could be part of About the role or maybe omitted? The instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content. Work Location is specific content but not one of the prescribed headings; we could put it under About the role as a paragraph? Or we could create a custom heading? Not allowed; only those headings. So we can include work location in About the role paragraph. - Pay: not mentioned. So omit Pay section. - Schedule: mention "11-week internship program". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. - Skills: "Software & Technical Skills You’ll Learn" list. - Requirements: maybe we treat "Qualifications" as Requirements? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings. The posting has a "Qualifications" section with bullet list. Could map that to Qualifications heading. Requirements could be maybe the earlier "We're looking for driven students..." but that's also qualifications. Might be redundant. Better to assign: - About the role: intro, cause, values, overview, work location. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. - Requirements: maybe the "We're looking for driven students..." paragraph (the qualifications before the bullet list). But that's also qualifications. However we have a separate Qualifications heading for the bullet list. Could treat Requirements as the paragraph before bullet list (the "We're looking for driven students...") and Qualifications as the bullet list. That seems plausible. - Skills: software list. - Benefits: perks and retirement. - Schedule: 11-week internship program. - Pay: none -> omit. Check for any other specifics: "Overview Core States Group designs, builds, and manages programs..." that's about company; could be part of About the role. Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

About the role

At Core States Group, the work you do matters to the clients we serve, the communities we support, and the teams who rely on one another to deliver with excellence. Our Cause is powerful: to create a world where all environments improve everyday life. ...

But we need to avoid duplication and boilerplate. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract paragraphs. Original text: "At Core States Group, the work you do matters to the clients we serve, the communities we support, and the teams who rely on one another to deliver with excellence. RETIREMENT – A strong 401(k) match, with immediate vesting, to help you invest in your future and build your retirement savings with confidence." Then later: "What You’ll Do As a Civil Engineering Intern focused on Land Development, you’ll work alongside experienced civil engineers and project teams on active development projects. Throughout this 11-week internship program, you will:" then bullet list. Then "Software & Technical Skills You’ll Learn Interns will receive hands-on experience using industry-standard civil engineering software and tools, including:" then list. Then "Qualifications We're looking for driven students who are eager to grow their professional skills, contribute to real-life, meaningful projects, and be a part of a talented team. The following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:" then bullet list. Then "Work Location This is an onsite position based out of the following Core States Group offices: Kent, WA; Bellevue, WA; Puyallup, WA; Richland, WA; Roseville, CA; Scottsdale, AZ; Frisco, TX; Bentonville, AR; or Philadelphia, PA." Then "Overview Core States Group designs, builds, and manages programs and projects across North America and has been recognized on top lists throughout the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry. Established in 1999, the company offers integrated solutions with seamless continuity, and many of the world’s most notable brands count on Core States Group to deliver speed to market, cost certainty, and compelling design. With 24 offices across the United States and Canada, Core States Group is an industry powerhouse that drives innovation and improves everyday life for countless people across several markets, including Community, Convenience, Distributed Generation, Financial, Grocery, Housing, Industrial, Restaurants, Retail, Semiconductor, Tribal, Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Infrastructure, and more. Visit us at www.core-states.com ." Then "A Note to Candidates Please do not be concerned if you do not meet every requirement. At Core States Group, we are dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, so if you are excited about this role but your experience does not align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles. This position will remain open until it is filled." We need to remove boilerplate like "A Note to Candidates" maybe it's not boilerplate but it's encouraging to apply; could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly application instructions but it's a note to candidates. The instruction says remove application instructions. This note encourages to apply; could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it. Also remove "Visit us at www.core-states.com" maybe it's not boilerplate but it's a link; could be considered navigation? Probably okay to keep as part of overview? It's not essential but it's substantive? Might be considered navigation/link; but it's not a legal/EEO. Might keep. We need to preserve all substantive information; the note to candidates is substantive? It's encouraging to apply; but it's basically application instruction. I'd remove it. Now structure sections. About the role: combine intro paragraph, cause, values-driven culture, overview, work location. We need to avoid duplication: The overview paragraph repeats some of the cause etc. We'll include it. Let's craft About the role paragraph(s). Could be multiple

under same heading? The instruction: Use

for prose. So we can have multiple

elements. Thus:
