E&A’s Internship Program is designed to provide students with real-life working experience and to expose our professionals to the talent of the future. The program also provides our professionals with a chance to coach those who will help shape tomorrow’s industry workforce.

Eligibility Requirements

• Currently pursuing a high school degree
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated experience with AutoCAD
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Self-starter with the ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to effectively work independently or with a team

Work Schedule

• Summer Hours: The schedule will fall between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Up to 40 hours.
• School year: Standard schedule of 10 - 20 hours between the hours of 8 am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Will be dependent upon the candidates’ school schedule.
