About the role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 5–10 years of progressive experience in civil/site or water/wastewater system planning, design, and construction to join our Baltimore, MD office. In this role, you will work on a diverse range of projects, contributing to the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater systems across the region. The successful candidate will independently handle technical tasks with minimal supervision and lead or coordinate tasks as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
- Participate in pre-project presentations and interviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in civil/site or water/wastewater system planning, design, and construction.
- P.E. license, registered in the State of Maryland or ability to become registered through comity from another state within 6 months.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design software.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $90,000.00 – $185,000.00. The specific compensation offered may vary based on factors including relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
