Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a project team in various phases of construction project planning
- Serve as project engineer for construction projects
- Coordinate with City staff in various departments and consultants to execute capital improvement projects
- Inspect construction sites to ensure City standards are met
- Review contractors estimates
- Attend meetings and conferences
- Be responsible for closing out construction, design and assigned contracts
Requirements
Commensurate with experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Valid Colorado driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
