About the role
Support the development and maintenance of various assets and projects at a large entertainment resort.
Responsibilities
- Manage the design, development, and execution of underground utilities, drainage, grading, and foundational systems.
- Ensure projects meet codes, standards, and long-term sustainability goals.
- Act as the Owner’s Representative.
- Oversee contract documents and review drawings.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Perform field assessments of utilities infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- California Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit.
- Knowledge of civil utility standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Esri ArcGIS.
Pay
$126,800 - $154,800 per year.
