CIVIL ENGINEER, PE - COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT

About the role

Join our Development II team in Columbus, OH, where you will collaborate with the project team to develop creative solutions for client needs and solve design and construction challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design site and civil engineering for commercial site development projects including retail, office, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
• Work closely with the project team to address client needs and solve design and construction challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Apply technical know-how to diverse projects within the scope of civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Professionally licensed in Ohio.
• Site civil development experience.
• 6 - 8 years work experience in civil engineering required.
