Responsibilities

Lead the current staff on the development of designs and plans related to: Site layout & grading.
Erosion and sediment control design.
Post construction stormwater management in multiple state jurisdictions (experience in PA, WV, OH, and MD is preferred).
Prepare NPDES permit applications.
Land development applications in accordance with federal, state, and local ordinances.
Zoning compliances.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
8-10 years of experience in erosion and sediment control design, and post construction stormwater design.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3-D, and HydroCAD.
Engineer in Training Certificate Required.
Professional Engineering License preferred.
Understanding of Land Development Processes.
Understanding of Zoning Ordinance Review & Compliance.

Benefits

The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. Salary range: $91,000 - $129,443 per year.
