Civil Engineer - Land Development

Responsibilities
- Perform site development engineering and project management tasks for residential and commercial projects
- Projects will include a variety of land development site designs
- Assist in monitoring project progress, budgets, and schedules
- Aid in research, coordination, project management tasks, and staff management
- Prepare bid packages and technical specifications
- Build plan sets and other construction documents
- Manage utilities, site layout, drainage, and due diligence
- Coordinate with clients, attend client meetings, and oversee quality standards
Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Experience with site civil design, permitting, and software applications such as hydrology modeling program, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Knowledgeable in task management, concept design, and assisting project management tasks
- Familiarity with coordinating with clients, attending client meetings, and maintaining quality standards
- Ability to build plan sets and other construction documents
- Experience with utilities, site layout, drainage, and due diligence
