About the role
Responsible for overseeing land development projects, including site planning, environmental compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive site plans and designs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Prepare and present project reports and updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land development
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with land surveying and mapping
- Knowledge of environmental impact assessment processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
