About the role
Responsible for designing, supervising, and inspecting construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and coordinate with contractors.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements construction plans and specifications
- Ensures adherence to local building codes and safety regulations
- Supervises construction teams and monitors project progress
- Communicates with clients to address concerns and provide updates
- Performs inspections and tests to ensure quality and safety
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Skills
- Construction management software proficiency (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
- Project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Leadership and team collaboration
- Technical writing and report preparation

$50,000 - $70,000 annually
