Job Summary
Civil Engineer III: $31.51 - $41.745
Civil Engineer IV: $34.34 - $45.50
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and four (4) or more years experience in public works engineering; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Engineering Intern License required.
- Valid Florida Driver's License required.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida desired.
- Great people and communication skills highly desired.
- Experience in the City of Orlando and Water Management District rules and regulations and FEMA rules and regulations as it pertains to site development preferred.
Additional Qualifications For Promotion
- Promotions are not to be considered an automatic function of longevity and are subject to the review and authorization of the Supervisor.
- The employee’s last performance review must have resulted in an overall rating of Meets standards or better with no factor rating of less than meets.
