Civil Engineer (EIT)

Achieve Your Potential

• Perform engineering design including analysis, calculations, layout, and drafting of details
• Prepare and produce construction plans and modify specifications
• Develop engineering estimates and quantities for construction
• Collaborate with design teams across local and national offices
• Support civil sitework, roads, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects from concept through construction administration
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Skills: Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Excel, Word, and ArcGIS (preferred); Strong written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate complex technical concepts visually and in writing; Interest in diverse assignments and innovative design technologies; Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve problems and learn new skills
• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or successful completion of the FE Exam prior to hire; Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a civil engineering environment (preferred)
