We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Engineer with cement expertise to join our team in the Construction industry. This role is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about engineering, has a deep understanding of the cement and concrete industry, and is adept at leveraging this knowledge to drive results. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing existing customer relationships, staying on top of industry trends, collaboration, account management, documentation, sales, mix design, and concrete.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing your cement expertise to provide technical advice on all aspects of construction.
• Developing the mix design and overseeing concrete production processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Optimizing existing customer relationships and managing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Staying abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and leveraging this knowledge to improve our processes and strategies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives.
• Managing all documentation, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with industry and company standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A master's degree or professional engineering (PE) license would be a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on cement - REQUIRED.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and cement technologies.
• Proficiency in mix design and concrete production.
• Familiarity with the latest industry trends and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Exceptional collaboration and team management skills.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
