About the role
Responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects in accordance with local and state building codes.
Responsibilities
- Develops project plans and specifications
- Manages construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensures compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborates with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Experience with project management tools
