Job Details
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive hydraulic and hydrologic studies to inform the planning and design of construction projects.
- Utilizing autocad/civil3d to design and visualize complex civil infrastructure and construction projects.
- Designing and implementing effective storm drainage and stormwater management systems to mitigate environmental impact and comply with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams of architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports and project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Keeping abreast of industry advancements and integrating new and effective engineering solutions into our practices.
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification would be advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on autocad/civil3d, hydraulic and hydrologic studies, and storm drainage and stormwater engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using autocad/civil3d for the design and visualization of civil infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of hydraulic and hydrologic systems, as well as storm drainage and stormwater management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
