We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with project teams to develop and implement civil engineering strategies that support innovative, sustainable, and high-performing project outcomes
- Act as a key point of contact, building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and local, state, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth project coordination and compliance
- Support projects through contract and construction administration, contributing to quality, constructability, and successful delivery from design through completion
- Prepare and contribute to infrastructure master plans, feasibility studies, and technical reports, including stormwater management analyses as applicable to project needs
- Produce high-quality engineering drawings, details, specifications, and schedules using tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS to bring concepts to life
- Provide technical expertise and on-site support during construction, helping resolve field challenges and ensuring design intent is achieved
- Embrace ISG’s culture and values by working collaboratively, sharing knowledge, and supporting firm-wide goals and objectives
- Serve as a mentor and leader to local ISG team members, modeling professionalism, technical excellence, and a commitment to employee ownership
Requirements
- Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within 1 year
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Civil Engineering
- Strong communication, project management, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of industry design standards
- Self-directed and can work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with local government process and permitting

Pay
Average compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $150,000 per year, reflecting both direct and indirect components. We understand that your experience and value may fall outside of this range.
