- 5+ years of civil engineering experience
- EIT or PE
- Skilled in land development: design of erosion, grading, stormwater management, sediment control, etc.
- Flexible and skilled in handling multiple projects
- Can deal effectively with clients, architects, and other professionals
- Able to assess clients' needs, schedules and requirements
- CAD Civil 3D proficiency
