We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our growing Site/Civil team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with strong technical design experience who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to a wide range of land development and infrastructure projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists to support the planning, design, and execution of site/civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed site/civil engineering design including: site layout, grading & drainage, utility design, stormwater management systems, erosion & sedimentation control plansPrepare site plans and construction documentsSupport permitting efforts and coordinate with local and state agenciesPerform occasional field work and site investigationsCollaborate with internal project teams to deliver high-quality technical solutionsAssist with project coordination, scheduling, and technical documentation Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering2-4 years of relevant civil/site engineering experienceEIT registration required, PE strongly preferredStrong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3DExperience with StormCAD and HydroCAD preferredFamiliarity with local and state permitting requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within a team environment This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week. The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. This range reflects the company’s good faith estimate of the compensation for this position at the time of posting.
