Civil Engineer

We are seeking a mid-level professional with 3+ years of experience to provide engineering services on all phases of an assigned project under the supervision of the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to and oversee civil/site design for a wide variety of projects, including parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, higher education campuses, and industrial/commercial developments.
  • Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support land development, roadway, culvert, and bridge projects.
  • Assist with the design and analysis of water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
  • Prepare reports, calculations, and technical documents.
  • Conduct utility coordination and support the preparation of construction documents.
  • Manage assigned tasks to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget parameters.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, operating with limited supervision while demonstrating sound judgment and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Engineering-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred.

Skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD® Civil 3D computer-aided design software.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proficient in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workflow, and complete tasks on schedule and within budget.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Pay

$80,000.00 – $114,500.00 annually.
