Civil Engineer

Arcadis is growing—and we want you to grow with us! Due to an exciting surge in projects, we’re opening the door for a talented Civil Engineer to join our Land/Site Development Team across the USA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater systems, and utility layouts
• Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Coverage with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Prepare cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• 3 or more years working in land development or site civil projects
• Detailed knowledge of relevant national/state standards and codes of practice
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (required) - EIT or PE certification preferred
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, stormwater modeling, and related tools
• Strong knowledge of zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $68,187 to $112,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work.
