Civil Engineer
About the role
We are actively seeking motivated Civil Engineers to join our growing team in Brooklyn, NY. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers on meaningful infrastructure and land development projects that help shape communities throughout New York City.
Responsibilities
- Assist with civil design for roadway geometrics, grading, drainage, and stormwater management systems
- Prepare engineering plans, drawings, and technical documents using AutoCAD
- Contribute to site development and utility layout designs
- Support permitting and coordination efforts with municipalities, agencies, and clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality engineering projects
- Gain exposure to projects that improve transportation, infrastructure, and community development throughout the NYC region
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Familiarity with AutoCAD through coursework, internships, co-ops, or professional experience
- Strong interest in civil/site design, transportation, or infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
- Internship, co-op, or professional experience in civil engineering design
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain it
- Experience with Civil 3D (not required—we're happy to provide training)

Job Environment
- Office located in Industry City, Brooklyn
- Monday-Friday schedule, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Primarily office-based design role

Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
