Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years’ experience in technical or product support; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and technical skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and perform calculations
- Proficiency in Windows Office, basic AutoCAD, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
