About the role
The Civil Designer for the Land group at Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) will be based in the Georgetown, Delaware office.Responsibilities
- Conducts land development design for residential and commercial projects
- Responsible for Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Design
- Works closely with clients and other engineers to ensure compliance with local regulations
- Uses AutoCAD and Civil 3D software to prepare detailed design documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, EIT preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in land development (Stormwater Management (SWM), Storm Drain, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control (ESC) Design)
- Water resources experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required (Civil 3D preferred)
- Civil 3D strongly preferred
