Civil Design Technician - Land Development

About the Role

Kimley-Horn is looking for a CAD Operator to join our Development Services team in Santa Clarita, CA. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Use basic computer drafting software to generate site plans and construction drawings for Kimley-Horn projects.
• Design and produce sets of plans; implement and manage AutoCAD drafting and plan preparation standards.
• Assist in maintaining drawing database.
• Perform routine analysis to check accuracy of data.
• Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn’s practices, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).
• 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $73,000 to $85,000
