Civil Design Engineer

Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare grading, storm drainage, utility, sewer, as-built, and street improvement plans under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Research, interpret, and apply applicable engineering standards, codes, and zoning requirements.
• Cook up and communicate with regulatory agencies and plan reviewers.
• Prepare responses to plan review comments and support project approvals.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with project teams to support successful project execution.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, engineering best practices, and quality requirements.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning, professional growth, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications And Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of applicable engineering regulations, codes, and standards.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
