• Execute Project Manager's directives
• Install water, sewer, and storm pipe
• Install road base and roadway
• Perform utility work
• Fine grade
• Prepare foundations
• Install curbs

Responsibilities

• Manage project timeline
• Communicate with subcontractors
• Keep subcontractors on schedule
• Oversight of subcontractor work quality
• Keep daily log of work performed
• Upload progress pictures to online platform
• Work overtime and Saturdays as needed
• Ensure safe work environment
• Self-starter, show initiative, be on-time, lead by example
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to work
