Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction crews
- Interpret and read blueprints for layout and project specifications
- Ensure proper preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete slabs
- Perform site assessments and ensure compliance with project timelines and quality standards
- Ensure the safe operation of equipment and adherence to safety protocols
- Provide clear communication with project managers, clients, and crew members
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth project flow
- Maintain a clean and organized work site
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within project timelines
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience supervising crews in concrete and dirt work
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience laying out concrete slabs
- Ability to travel for various job sites as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
