Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for civil and excavation projects
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure project budgets are met
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and reports for clients and stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in pricing to provide competitive estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and excavation estimating
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction contracts and bidding processes
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
• Experience with estimating software (e.g., ProEst, AccuCost)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
