Responsibilities
- Support all aspects related to 3D modeling, surveying, and GPS Grade Control activities
- Review BIM clash detection with applicable software (Revisto, NavisWorks)
- Review construction plan sets
- Perform take-offs and build project models
- Collect grade points, utilities, and other infrastructure data
- Calibrate project sites using GPS survey and/or grade control equipment

Requirements
- 1–3 years of 3D modeling experience and/or heavy civil experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Trimble Software, Top Con, GPS, Revit, Revisto, Navisworks, GIS Software, BIM360
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license for the type(s) of vehicles driven, with an acceptable driving record as determined by Michels Review Team
