Civil 3D Designer / CAD Technician

Responsibilities

• Produce AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings for pipeline and site civil projects
• Create pipeline alignment sheets, grading plans, erosion & sediment control plans, and site layout drawings
• Support civil engineers throughout planning, design, and construction
• Create and modify Civil 3D surfaces, alignments, profiles, and plan sheets
• Interpret survey data and incorporate it into engineering designs
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist with bill of materials development
• Prepare construction documents and maintain drawing accuracy
• Cook up with engineering and project teams to deliver high-quality design packages

Requirements

• Associate degree or related field experience
• 1+ years of Civil 3D experience
• Experience supporting civil engineering, utility, pipeline, land development, transportation, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to interpret civil survey data and engineering drawings
• Experience with erosion & sediment control or site development preferred
