About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will help customers create a home they’ll love while building an exciting career for yourself. No prior furniture sales experience is required—we provide a best-in-class training program and dedicated leadership support. Your contributions will help CITY HOME remain a top furniture retailer nationwide and a Top Workplace®.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they’ll love
• Engage and present various home furnishings and service options
• Navigate large showrooms (up to two football fields in size) and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Assist guests in finding the best financing options
• Prospect and manage customer accounts
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries
• Manage the CITY CRM System

Pay

This is a commission-driven position with uncapped earning potential. Average first-year earnings range between $65,000 and $80,000, with top performers earning $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Sales Associates also earn monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses and participate in sales contests.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a flexible, full-time (40-hour-per-week) schedule
• Technology fluency (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, iPad usage for training, transactions, and inventory checks)
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Ability to guide customers throughout large showrooms for extended periods (Associates have recorded over 15,000 steps in a single day)
