Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five years of increasingly responsible municipal managerial experience
- Master’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience as a city administrator/manager or assistant city administrator/manager (at least 5 years)
- Significant overall general municipal knowledge and experience as a municipal department director
- Experience in municipal administration, management, budget and finance, human resources, infrastructure, and municipal planning
- Residency within Clinton within six months of start date (preferred, but not required)
- Residence in Henry County required within six months of start date
