Responsibilities

• Greet customers in our lobbies.
• Demonstrate how to use our mobile app, or our ATMs, to complete simple transactions.
• Create amazing experiences for our customers, looking for opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals by providing personalized advice and solutions that meet their needs, and connect them to our Bankers for the next step.
• Use your knowledge of Citizens products and benefits to educate customers, and allow you to effectively respond to questions and/or concerns.
