About the role
Citizens Teller positions are vital to our customer service and banking operations. We seek individuals who are passionate about helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in our branches and assist with transactions
- Demonstrate and recommend products and services to customers
- Create positive customer experiences and build long-term relationships
- Follow financial policies and procedures, including proper cash handling and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience processing transactions (cash and/or digital payments)
- Minimum 1 year of customer experience, including recommending and referring products and services
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to provide solutions to customer issues
- Customer-centric approach to delivering exceptional service
- Comfortable with using digital technology to support business goals
- Flexible to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
