Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate dock walk, rent roll, and occupancy reports
- Routinely operates, motor and water vehicles and other various mechanized equipment
- Affords assistance to the Circle of Boating Manager and other Dockhands in marina-related duties such as securing boats to docks, connecting and monitoring utility services (power, water and telephone), black water pump out, waste disposal and facility sanitation
Education and Experience
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department and corporate goals
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
- Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
- Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the property to include weekends and holidays as needed.
