CIO Team Lead with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Serves as a key personnel role responsible for leading and managing enterprise IT programs supporting the Intelligence Community.
• Provides strategic direction and oversight across IT operations, systems enhancement efforts, and program performance management.
• Guides complex initiatives, coordinates resources, and ensures alignment between mission priorities and IT capabilities.
• Develops executive-level materials, supports acquisition and resource planning, and drives accountability across multiple stakeholders.
• Possesses extensive experience leading large-scale IT efforts in a government or intelligence community environment, along with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT governance, vendor management, and strategic planning is essential.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise IT programs and managing complex technical initiatives.
• Experience developing decision-quality materials (e.g., strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings) and driving executive action tracking.
• Proven ability to oversee portfolio/program performance, including:
• Resource planning
• Acquisition and procurement strategy
• Vendor management and enterprise licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or a related technical field, or a High School Diploma with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.

Desired Qualifications

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional certification.
• Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes.
