Description

Like the smell of fresh baked rolls and cinnamon? Like smiling, happy customers? If so, EG’s Cinnabon is hiring! We are looking for energetic, smiling people to join our team to serve some delicious treats.

Tasks And Competencies

• Checks supplies in counter area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front-of-the-house including coffee area, floors, windows, and beverage station, restroom, etc.
• Greets customers and takes their orders – use cash register to record the order and computes the amount of the bill – collects payment from guest and makes change.
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, company policies & procedures.
• Closes cash drawer at end of shifts.
• Completes cold & hot food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and in a timely fashion.
• Maintains proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing food, serving food and clean-up.
• Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service as assigned.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standards.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner when dealing with customers.

Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills

• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory - subject to restaurant locations and/or jurisdiction as some do require Food Handler certification for anyone working in food service.

• Computer skills are helpful

Scheduling

This position is a part time and full-time and involves working a variety of hours, day and night, as Kwik Shop locations can be open 24 hours depending on the location. Weekend & Holiday hours are required.

Hours & Conditions

• Part-time (up to 29 hours)
• Full-time (30-40 hours)
